充分性

由 $x_n\to x$，则 $\forall f\in X^{\prime },\underset{n\to \infty }{\lim }f(x_n)=f(x)$，即 $x_n\rightharpoonup x$。

由 $x_n\to x$，则 $\Vert x_n-x\Vert \to 0$，则 $\Vert x_n\Vert \to \Vert x\Vert$。

必要性

$$\begin{array}{rl}\Vert x_n-x{\Vert }^2& =⟨x_n-x,x_n-x⟩\\ & =⟨x_n,x_n⟩-⟨x_n,x⟩-⟨x,x_n⟩+⟨x,x⟩\end{array}$$
